Hey, I'm currently low on budget, so I want someone to order items, and then refund them, and I'll pay him his percentage.

Maybe not on here, but people do actually do these services its called a Buy 4 you. where i would purchase a item on amazon and he would only pay me 40-60%

well we'll both be high ranked here, there can be a middleman, after all, the way I see it,how you get your money back is your problem, and I have no trouble getting my money back.
As for the other person, there are many ways of doing this, I see no risk here, otherwise, I wouldn't have done this.
