pc definitely. you will need more processing power and not only
try to invest in pc

Depending on whether you want to take your gear somewhere with you and your computing power requirements. PCs are more powerful but laptops are way easier to carry around

Both! Depends on the tools you want to use and next the budget. Do you need mobility? Go for a laptop. You are locked up in your house? Get a PC.

Desktop definitely. Go for Ryzen. They got a powerful cpu which is better for editing and rendering.
