Perms through plugin php

Iam just curious to know if it is possible to give a custom usergroup perm to use a plugin by editing the php file of plugin ??.
I hope it is.

if you dunno then suggest me a good plugin which is publicly released ?? to give custom perms of using plugins for custom group :D just like that custom location in this forums.

I didn't quite understand what you are searching

If he got a for example.. ehm, a givenrep.php plugin, he basically wants to allow specific users to access that feature / page by editing the plugin.

edit: the custom location? i already have a tutorial on it - if that's what you're looking for. Please be more specific

Neinnein . u see the change location here ??.
Only certain groups can have access there in thatpage..
I have a plugin which I want only certain group I'd can have acces .
And I was asking if we can do that directly thru the php plugin file.
Or is there any plugin released.
