Personal Windows 10 Login Screen

So last night I was organizing and cleaning up my Windows 10 computer and decided that the Login screen really needed some work. (Like really.) All things considered and how limited options I had, I would say it turned out well. Note that isn't a concept though. This is my actual login screen you're seeing. The reason it isn't a direct screenshot is simple, my computer wouldn't allow it...

With a little know-how, third-party apps and minor edits to the registry, then sure, you can pretty much edit anything. It is also the way I edited the navigation pane in my File explorer. (Removing things such as "OneDrive" and "Libraries" from "This PC".
