for 400$ you can get an asus rog phone II, i would definitely recommending you to look into that phone. You wont regret.

i think for low budget phones, you get lot of stuff by xiaomi, i used one in a while and was very goo for my daily use and i favor miui.

there are a lot of phone under 400$ but it all depends on your country so if could provide this we my pick one for you
