He is very strong if you don't really know how to play against him but once you found the right way to play against him you will find it fairly easy to play against him.

he isnt that strong if you know how to play against him just watch a few videos to understand his mechanics.

Yes, it's very hard to play against him, however once you know your way around it, you'll win easily against him.

Fizz can be rekt if you dodge the ultimate though.
