Do you side with favorite people even though they are wrong?

Do you side with favorite people even though they are wrong?

it really depends , sometimes i just do it with specific people when i know they'll get offendent or take it personal. But i personnaly like to defend my point of view whatever the circumstances are. But exceptions exists in vocabulary i guess ...

Don't play favorites, be direct and honest. Doesn't matter if they get offended easily or would take it too personally.

Yup.

People grow when you tell them the truth.

Lets say you have a graphic artist. If he posts his designs and all his feedback are "wow thats good" "this design is fire" "wow this is amazing", then he will never grow as a designer. He'll keep making mistakes and he'll think he's doing a good job oof
