Playstation Is good idea jailbreak ps4?

Is good idea pay a lot of money for the risk to be banned from the online? What is your opinion, benefit or not?

If you have access to all the tools/system needed then absolutely!

I imagine its like PS3 where you can just spoof your addresses and go online.

It is up to you if you think it is worth it or not. If you somehow bricked your console could you afford a new one?

The problem as of now is the firmware locked to 5.5 (iirc), that won't allow you to play many games. If you're fine staying with old games, go for it. If you can afford another one, well keep yours to a low firmware and just play the new games you really want on the new one
