Playstation Trophy's for Money?

#1 Sony has just released a new feature to its rewards program allowing players from the US to get money for their trophy's what are your opinions on this and will you be trying harder to achieve trophy's in your games? It is also said to be available globally in the future.
The system will work so Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinumtrophy's are worth a certain amount of points and 1000 points will be worth $10.00 USD PSN Card.
