Plugins for a nice Survival Server

Hi Guys, I'm putting up a new server with some friends and we wanna make survival mode more interesting for the ppl who likes better the adventure part of the game.

Any recommendations on nice plugins ?

Custom enchantments, tutorial plugin, anti-grief, rentable shops, depends what you want?

I was thinking in plugins that insert things like more npcs, quests and stuff.

I'm currently using a better world generator, and factions system. Something still missing to engage the adventure players tho.

Maybe add McMMO? There are some really nice features in it. Also you could make classes like Archer (perhaps speed 1 forever?) then Priest (haste 2?) and Mage which has 1 bonus heart. Just spitballing ideas rn.
Then you could make people upgrade their classes to unlock kits, items and other interesting stuff. For example level 23 could unlock a kit with a special bow, etc.
