Just use a fake GPS app. They are free and without jailbreak for android. If u want it for iOS you need to jailbreak your phone

2. Nox emulator + gps spoofer or just get one on your phone. Then you can do it flawlessly. You will only get banned if you get caught teleporting across the globe in like minutes. And bans are only temporary anyway.

You can use VPN or some soft for Android. these advices can help you to catch Pokemons
