Post graduate

How many college graduates out there? what is going on with your lives right now? what didn't you expect about graduation?

My graduation was virtual and it was such a let down. There were technical difficulties during it and it ended up getting cancelled! This was my first degree so I was really looking forward to graduation a real one, but oh well.

My graduation was held at a different campus of the university an hrs drive away so I just graduated without being there in person, got my diploma mailed to me. Would've been cool to attend but couldn't justify 2hrs of driving for it and it wasn't on the same night as my friends as I failed a unit and re-took that class the next year part-time while I was working. I was working part-time at a local PC repair place while studying and I figured i'd find a good job at a big company after graduation. I applied for some post-grad positions but sadly didn't get any placements. The owner of the store retired and closed it so i've taken over running the business from my home. Can't say i'm making enoughmoney to move out which is very disappointing at this stage of my life.

I was supposed to have graduated by now, but covid got so many classes totally cancelled that I have to stay another semester now. :( I'm fine with it, I guess, because this is probably the worst time in history to be graduating college...
