Poor you. If I wanted proper vectors, I use a program to convert my pixels into paths. Which I can manipulate in illustrator then. I just feel more comfortable doing stuff in PS.

Then you still aren't creating Vectors in Photoshop.

That's quite obvious yes. But in my case, it does not matter whether it's vector or raster.

You could do two small tweaks: the spaghetti should be rounder, angle-wise, and I'd use a bold-er font for the noodles part.
