honestly just report get good in a high rank where they dont pop up as much and just leave when they join

Faceit has got a nice anticheat. I can't even believe that FaceIt has a better anticheat than Valve itself. Faceit is for competitive. I am guessing that you are looking for comp games right?

ESEA and Faceit are good alternatives to matchmaking. But I still recommend Faceit because there will be more online.
