Since there are lots of threads for WordPress stuff here is a website that I have been using for a couple of years now. Lots of popular up to date themes and plugins.
The great thing about this site is that they are up to date with all the themes and plugins maybe some are 1-2 months behind. Lots of download options (mirrors) and files are safe to use.
You can browse what they have or you can search for specifics.
