That's some solid advice. I recently decided to do the same thing and the difference in performance was night and day, seeing as my CPU was throttling under thermal load.

My pc shuts off alone, it has no stabilizer and no motherboard battery

This might seem stupid, but what you could do is take a piece of rubber, burn it to stick it as a tube, and size it to sellotape one side to the opening and the other to your vacuum cleaner... should be better than the fan !
