As a programmer, these days my best recommendation is to start slowly through courses dictated by "normal" people. I found Udemy as the best choice to start. There are plenty of courses that you could use to start.
I suggest that you search courses that have "beginners" modules that covers the other aspects sorrounding the programming like: Logic, Maths and so on.

Learn Python first as it one of the easiest to learn
