Depends on what you wanna do.

If you want to do web development I would advise to start with Javascript.

For general programming, Python is a good language to start with.

i would recommend start with html, css and c programming to get the basic understanding.
after that you can jump and learn other stuff

html and css has nothing to do with c my friend. He want's programming languages with proper logic and not how to declare a canvas with borders and text inside haha.
@OP, if you want something fun and easy go for C# and vb.net, they are compact and with .net framework you could initialize windows api very easy with no need to start learning about them.

saying you want to learn programming is like saying you want to learn a new language. There are so many different options to go with. I started with C++, then went to PHP and now im doing a mix of PHP and node. Everyone is different on what they like best

It would also help if you have any game that you really like, you could search if it has any mods or even better if it's open source and learn how it works even if it seems you don't understand anything, you'll have something to keep you interested.

Learn the basics first. What is a variable, an array, a string, etc. You can try Python, is easiest language to learn and is very useful. Then you can move on to JavaScript and some C like C#.
