Project file

Hi i am new on after effects can you plzz tell me . What we can do with project file ?

you can save effects as presets or just use them as reference to learn stuff like syncing and use of effects for your own projects

you can learn a certain effect or method

you can save the effects or copy the effects to your personal project.You may need to edit the effects to the "clip" accordingly.
