Proper viewing order for the Fate series?

I loved Fate/Apocrypha, it was an amazing view but as I understand it. It's it's own universe because nothing makes sense from what I gathered.

I'm currently watching Fate / stay night as my first one but, I'm confused where to go from this? I'm in the second season so far, no spoilers please!
