I have done everything to my paypal and the last thing i need to do is add a bank account, but I dont' have one.
No one i know (even family) will let me use theirs.
I've tried getting virtual bank accounts, but for some reason or another those haven't worked either, unless I did something wrong..
Any help is appreciated.
