[QUESTION] AE Optical flare issue

Hi! I have an issue and was hoping someone here could help me. I have installed Optical Flare on After Effects 2020 but it only works for a few minutes then I get an error message that says "after effects optical flares has encountered an unrecoverable error"

I try to re-install the plugin and it works for another few minutes then I get the same issue over and over. I've tried looking for solutions but can't find any, does anyone have the same issue or know what the problem is? The plugin is in the right folder and all.
