Question about translating/decoding lua code

So i happened to download a leak, that had code in it i did not recognize, and i was curious on how i translate it to lua code i recognize.

The code looks like this\71\101\116\84\97\115\107\73\68

I know it used in back doors and such, and i could just remove it, but i want to see what its trying to do.
