I'm a complete myBB noob here, so I hope someone could help me with a few questions.


All of these are plugins correct?




and is the size of the avatar determined by the theme?

what makes a good theme?

I'm completely new and would like to actually have a forum, but I need to learn to basics so im here

Probably everything is plugin on this forum lol this forum is perfect specially the theme :D

Yeah I noticed I honestly really like it and would like something rather similar, so everything incluing Avatar size is a plugin?

well the first one you asked. That editor isnt a plugin but its css edits with some JS.
2. Avatar size is selected by theme. Can be done with a plugin too D:....

3. Its according to your view and the members you have. I like dark theme like NBB's

The editor is an edited version of the editor which uses the monocons font. (Simple CSS edits)
You can select the editor in your theme settings:



You can determine the avatar sizes in your settings.
AdminCP > Configuration > Show Thread Options (Avatar size in threads)
AdminCP > Configuration > Profile Options (Avatar size in profiles)
