Personally Casual matchmaking I get paired with decent people and everyone gets along... But then in a match of Comp everyone becomes really salty and toxic if we lose a round, that's why I just stick to casual :D

I just tried using glaz since you mentioned it.
He's pretty cool. However, I need to practice more with him.

My main operators that I use are bandit, ela and ash.

Just spent the whole night going from copper 4 to Bronze 1 and winning every match, we had no trolls, then 1 match from silver we are greeted by someone singing justin beiber baby then traps team, kills one and ear rapes us, we mute and then he dc so we couldnt kick, then joins back to go recruit, die and dc again. We lost.
