I couldn't fault it except for that excessive blur that everyone else pointed out

It would be sick if you actually put the real parental advisory logo at the bottom and replace it the current one you have

It looks really good, I'd like to see the text not blurred though in my opinion.

Pretty sick, I would just up a bit the explicit content (and change the way it looks, it doesn't fit with the rest imo)

Like it a lot! The blur is very intense though.

I second what most of everyone else has said, the blur is a little much. But you could keep it and work with it if you had a non-blurred layer over it, maybe in a lighter color.

Dope, but the question is why is it even blured? and to that extent. Just seems point less having it there if your going to make it unreadable.
