Admin Slap addon is best for having fun! You can troll users in your server and they can have fun in the process! Also, lotteries and minigames are fun too! You should check out the minigame addon!

M9K is probably the best addon imo since it isnt very hardware intensive

Use filters if you need to dig trought all shit saves. In my opinion CW2 is the best one out there.

TFA addons are the best ones i've used for my server, now i don't know what kinda server your using but TFA is the way to go on, and ULX.
