[REQUEST] Have users being able to upload their profile picture (PHP MYSQL)

Hello, as it's says on the title, I'm looking for a code sheet and if possible, a file for this kind of feature.
I'm currently working on a website that has user accounts and I would like to know how will I'll be able to add the feature where they can upload their desired profile picture.
