As currently not all the 4000 assets are freely downloadable, contact Panda at https://[disallowed website]/ThreeDPanda and ask for the asset to be sent to you on telegram.
I highly suggets installing telegram anyway, you can search a LOT easier for all the assets they have (and that is everything available really...)

Mostly everything is free but when too many people are downloading, the hoster turns to premium only.
Good luck, they really do have everything.
