I call it the "Slow Ghost". Especially effective with the crazy ones. You have to ease away slowly and carefully.

Make them break up with you, works every single time. Make them think they are the bad one.

You can't tip toe around it, No matter what he/she is going to be hurt, It's much better just to do it directly so you don't hate yourself for waiting so long and wasting both of your guys time.

I will be honest this place is not the place for relationship advice because well most people on the forums have never had a girlfriend.

Not a chance to finish a relationship without hurting the other side.

The best advice I can give you is... be respectful.
The second best is be honest. In hard times, telling the truth can hurt, but it is really appreciated in the long run
