How many gigabytes of RAM does your computer have and how many do you have allocated?

Especially for modded, you need to allocate more RAM. This setting is different for every launcher, so I can't give any specific directions unless I know what launcher you are using. At the very least, I'd recommend allocating 2 gigabytes so the pack will launch and run smoothly.

Twitch has an attitude for it. With the normal launcher you can also do this with the jvm settings. Just search on google afterwards

Make sure you GPU is compatible with Minecraft, and that you have enough RAM allocated to the game itself.

I have 3 2200G ryzen and 4 GB of RAM with an integrated graphics card allocated 512 mb. And minecraft goes on average at around 40 fps on fashion which makes graphics real.

I don't think is a good idea, already minecraft is heavy as it is, then if you put it 8GB the pc starts asking for mercy

I hate twitch launcher with a burning passion. Wish it wasn't the norm. I miss the old tekkit launcher.
