*A note to alert you that examiners from the MDH and the CDC will be out in neighborhoods throughout the state engaging households regarding COVID-19 testing. These households are randomly selected so examiners will be out knocking on doors. The DPS wants to advise you that these examiners will be out and about conducting the COVID-19 tests. We (DPS) do not have access to the addresses or neighborhoods in which MDH and the CDC will be visiting. All examiners will have MDH or CDC identification on their persons should your staff come into contact with them, thanks.
I get the sentiment behind this, but this is so under the radar, along with the incentive gift card, when I first heard of it I pushed it off as fake news. I was wondering if anyone else in the states has seen or heard of such a thing?
