Random phone calls..

I swear one of the most annoying things that happens to me on a regular basis, is getting random phone calls from numbers I don't even know, from area codes in places I've never even been to or know anyone from..

I do, however, think it's funny when my phone gives them the ID 'Scam Likely'..

My fiance has T mobile and gets that same ID. That's a great feature.

Anyway, just start blocking those numbers. I used to get like 3 a day until i started using the block feature. If you don't already have a feature like that in your phone, just get a third party app.

The easiest thing to do is to pick up the phone and instead of asking them to stop calling, do one simple thing, and they'll leave you alone forever: When you pick up the phone and know it's a scammer, start talking in a really racist and annoying Chinese accent or something of that kind and just speak jibberish. Scammers give up real quick when they think they're talking to idiots or people from other countries.
Unless they have a Chinese scamming division with people who speak that, they won't be calling back any time soon.

Lol i dont receive much random phone calls but yeah they are actually annoying.

Id suggest picking up and having fun. Most are call centers from india

I've been getting a lot of calls lately from scammers saying my credit is bad and if I don't pay back what I owe I'm going to be in trouble. Somehow they knew the same phone company I was with years ago. I had a pay as you go phone and the company didn't cut me off when they were supposed to. After that, I got a call saying I owe a few hundred dollars. So I believed the scammers at first thinking interest gathered over the years (they said I owed 5k).

Anyways long story short I went to the phone company in person and I don't owe them anything :peace:
