As I said, personal preferences.
The monitors have too much plastic between them, which I don't really like. If the edges were a bit thinner on it, it'd look a lot nicer imo. As Asa said, the taskbar is a bit blase, and I can't tell if you're running all of those apps, or if they are all pinned. Hard to tell with your mouse and your keyboard as to where they are, what kind they are, etc. They APPEAR to be a bit close (can't tell if that's how you normally have it or if it was just positioned there). So I can't go off of that, which is also why I rated it a bit less. The main monitor is too big for me, I'd have just done a three monitor setup instead, rather than a two monitor.

One thing I can say about you is that you are very complicated guy.

But yeah, I know. I kind of take after my dad in that aspect in the sense that he conditioned me if something is a millimeter off (rig and setup wise) to rip it apart and redo it.

I wish you to use the system without problems, the desktop is a disaster, but i do like you when i work on something.
PS: Do you clean your temps ? :D If answer is not, run the "Run" and go delete files form: temp, %temp% and prefetch.
PS2: Also you can use Rainmeter to customize your desktop. Here is an example of one old customization of mine.
