So it works if you installed it correctly, here is the installation help again

    Unzip the file into /garrysmod/addons/
    You can find the config file at realistic_cardealer/lua/realistic_cardealer/sh_config.lua.
    Restart your server and download the content of the addon.
    Don't forget to add this on your collection: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/f...2794600288.
