Reasonable Ranks?

The color cards are obvious on what they state as the level, but silver+ are gif images that are located on the postbit like this one (white level):

These are the gif levels when a user posts over 2000(poor graphics because of Gyazo):

Should I adjust the post count differently and will this motivate my future community to be active and participate?

Atleast they're free of charge and can only be obtained through posting.

Although I'd suggest reducing the amount of user titles and maybe using more "unique" names for user titles rather than colour names.

Play it simple with Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond & Platinum for example

I think there are too many ranks also, and the naming of the ranks is somewhat questionable to me also.

There is no apparent order of what rank is higher than the other just by looking at the title... unlike bronze, silver, gold. I would work towards something like that, which has a clear promotion path built into the name.

Way too many ranks, rather than going with the color spectrum go for something like:

• Metals:Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Orichalium, Admantite
  
• Stones:Onyx, Pearl, Emerald,Sapphire, Ruby, Diamond
  

Also, what's the differences between the following ranks?

• Red and Blood
  
• Sky and Blue
