Just about any addons from zero or codeblue are a must for any server.

Hi ! The ZeroChain Addons was so cool if you want to open darkrp ! I highly recommand this !

Don't forget about logs and f4 menu if you are making DarkRP server!

All of Zero's addons are pretty good, the different jobs give the player something to do and you usually don't need to mess with the config too much.

Zero's Trashman is a really good addon, as it can allow your players to start from nothing if they run out of money.

VCMOD and bLogs are must be's. You can use leaks for other shit.
