i use opencart a lot, great software

You can use a Drupal script it's open source and easy to install it

I used shopware for 1-2 projects, very easy and strong for a simple shop. I recommended that for you

Use Wordpress or Opencart.

Wordpress is the most common and easy to go with platform for e-commerce websites.

I especially prefer woordpress with woocommerce plugin . This plugin is official now and really a good and simple one.
It has a lot of free or commercial addons . It supports paypal by default.
