Relatively new 2v2v2v2 game mode

Riot has recently released the new 2v2v2v2 game mode, what is your guys opinion on this one?
I believe its pretty fun but it is very repetitive with the augments and the never ending champion combos you have to do. Also it is very boring to climb since you just have to cheese your way into the gladiator leaderboards, I think Riot did a good job with this gamemode overall but it still can be improved a lot. What do you guys think?
