[Request] Garrysmod to Discord Relay + Serverguard 1.9.8

Both are useful to my server and we already have 1.9.7 for serverguard so why not upload 1.9.8? As well as i know a lot of people use discord so why not have the relay as well, would be nice. Please if possible upload it.
