(Request) UE4/5 Urban City Pack

So yes, I am well aware of the other post that seems to have it, but the links seem broken and go nowhere, and it seems like it's been that way for a few months now, so:

Anyone got it? I have some Unity and some Unreal assets that I can trade, including Advance Locomotion System which everyone seems so to want/have in here lol. (I can pass ya any version though.)
