Description
Dimension is a minimalistic theme for IPS.Suite with a unique header effect. Once scrolled, the header collapses into a fixed bar at the top of the page, while also blurring the background image, placing focus on your navigation links.

Is it working on IPS v4.1.17 ?

It will work but if it's from before bigger updates some stuff may be missing. the author updates these skins really fast, if you can afford it it's worth to support him by purchasing.
