To most it may be a little confusing because I've never experienced a theme designed in this format. It's very odd, but I guess when you're used to Bootstrap-type responsive themes, then come across a custom responsive theme designed by a random, it throws you off.

This actually looks really nice; Definitely will consider using it since I'm looking for something completely responsive!
