Diplo is the owner of the theme, he paid for it. So, DMCA can't do anything and I'm pretty sure the theme is licensed to Zenta/Diplo.

I thought Sirius was giving you the money for it? Guess not lmao

It's not ripped now though, it's essentially the same as a free theme.
