ACP > Templates & Styles > Templates > *name of theme* > Index Templates > Index

if you ctrl f and try to find the text the announcement says you should be able to find it.

very nice, works with wordpress and i can use in a busines project

It's a template for the forum software Mybb. It's not for business projects. It's for forums.

I found the text 'announcement', but not the announcements themselves.

It's right under there lol

Right under "Announcements" where you see <li> it should be in those brackets
