Roflox MOTD is a basic design featuring a rules overview and other features like multiple server configuration meaning you can have different server rules on the same MOTD.

Installation

Extract the ZIP into your Web Server that has PHP.
Edit the Configuration files to the appropriate settings for your server and replace the Logo with your server's logo.
Set the ULX MOTD tohttp://www.yoursitehere.com/?server=deathrun
Replacehttp://www.yoursitehere.com/with the link to the folder hosting the MOTD and replace deathrun with name you have set in the config
