Royal + Staff UB.

Well.. One is more of the same old and "modern" approach to UBs. The other is the more "classic" of the two. (By that I mean, it is designed mostly as UBs were a few years ago.) As always. with any thread. Opinions are welcomed, though something more in the way of actual constructive feedback is way more interesting.

For staff, you should make the front layer of the shapes lighter, so we can see those sexy details. The positioning of the glows is definitely an upgrade from the last.

Not really getting a royal feel from the Royals Userbar. That's more of an opinion on my part though. Maybe a more classy approach would have best fit the userbar. Feels "too" modern and bulky for something royal. It looks more like a "Movie Ticket" or something to do with media. Nonetheless it is a nice looking userbar. Like mentioned before, lighten up the shapes in the front layer.

i like the staff one but maybe more depth in the details would make it better?

The staff one looks blurry and makes my eyes hurt the second one is a nice design but not for a "Royal" theme.
