Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev recently signed a regulation on conducting exercises to disconnect the Internet in the country.
If necessary, exercises can be carried out more often than once a year, including unscheduled ones.
The cost of all this nonsense is 134 billion rubles. This amount is planned to be allocated from the state budget annually.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but there's literally nothing good that can come from such an exercise, is there?
134 billion rubles is ~2.1 billion dollar. That's a fuck ton.
