There are a lot of terms in the SE world some beginners may not know what they mean or don't want to ask here is a list of Se terminology that you will encounter on this website and outside of it. Learn it!

SN- Serial Number

POP- Proof of purchase - Essentially a receipt

PID- Product ID

SE- Social Engineer/ing/ed

VCC- Virtual Credit Card - Contains a balance which companies may use for holds, normally for AR's

Boxing- Sending an empty box and claiming goods were stolen in transits, usually only works for prepaid labels

AR- Advanced Replacement - company ships out product before they receive defective one back

Cross-shipping- Once a company see's their prepaid label is scanned they will send out new product (Essentially boxing)

Drop shipping- You sell the product that you dont own yet on ebay or somewhere and get the manufacturer to ship to them directly so you are never in contact with the product itself

Drop- A house or location you can receive the product without the place relating to you so you cannot get billed, usually only for AR's

Bill- An invoice a company will send you out asking to pay for the stolen product (only if they know it's Socially Engineered)

C&D- Cease and Desist - A letter sent from a company asking you to stop SEing them or will threaten with authorities

Rep- Representative - A customer service assistant for a specific company

RTB- Return to base

Exif- The data stored in a image file which can give away model of device taking picture/location it was taken, this is information created by your camera

Metadata- The data left on an image that can give away if it was saved by a certain software or when it was saved/edited, this information is left by a software.

AGC- Amazon Gift card (GC = Gift card)
