This isn't very informative. Such a vague post. How do you expect people to know what they are doing? Even if they are experience I sure as hell wouldn't know if I needed a model number or order number. Even though I could say it was a gift for an order number and i don't know it. What about a model number? Please be a bit more descriptive.
